Experience shows that most of the answers from the technical support can be found in the online manuals. We advise you to check the online manual before contacting the technical support.
The online manuals can help you to learn how to use LumiDesk. The first described step is the Installation, how to install the software and the USB - DMX interface. After the installation you can read the "Quick start guide", you'll learn how to program a very simple show step by step.
All the manual's items are described by pictures. The Ultimate features are described to a special chapter. The 3D, the Library edition and the Effect generator have their own manuals.

Hundreds of attendees of the ProLight + Sound show in Frankfurt saw the LumiDesk software for the first time.
An overwhelming majority of them expressed great interest in our software.
